Taking care of yourself is important, but you wear a million different hats and struggle to fit it all in. Wouldn’t it be great to just escape for a weekend to surround yourself with like-minded individuals and focus on YOU?
The TRAIN Retreat was created with you in mind. We’ll be moving our bodies a lot throughout the weekend, but the focus is not so much on training as it is about BALANCE - about identifying what’s most important and giving you tools to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life.
You’ll spend the weekend up close and personal with 4x CrossFit Games Athlete and newly-graduated MD, Julie Foucher as well as some of her favorite content experts in the vibrant backdrop of downtown Cleveland, OH (called “America’s Hottest City” by Forbes last year!).
